It’s a distinction without a difference. The private insurers will soon be pushed out of health care and everyone will end up in the “single-payer” (socialist) system. In full-fledge corporate states like Italy, everyone is subordinate to the state; ordinary people are peasants with no rights, just as under Communism or absolute monarchy. The only economic and political system which has ever been really different was the constitutional limited govt. and free market system originated in Britain and brought to its peak in the U.S. Now that’s gone, for all practical purposes. Hardly anyone, including most Republicans, likes to admit that most of the what the govt. now does is illegal under the Constitution.
