Okay, so the radicals want to chill the speech of law abiding citizens because they dont agree with their message? How un-American is that?
Heres what you can do to thwart their attempt:
1. Email the teaparty crashers at crashtheteaparty@gmail.com email link and let them know you do not support their effort of infringing upon the rights of others to free speech.
2. You can email PayPal at service@paypal.com email link and let them know that www.crashtheteaparty.org is accepting "charitable donations" and is not a registered charity in the state of Oregon so naturally you fear they may be committing fraud. It also appears to be a violation fo PayPal's use agreement for an entity to take "donations" that is not a legitimate not for profit.
3. Finally, you can email the person who registered www.crashtheteaparty.org at xenex11@gmail.com email link his name is Jason Levin from Portland Oregon (geesh! of course). His website is here; http://www.zane-levin.com/ Apparently he is a technology consultant who graduated from San Francisco State University. Go figure.
NOTE: Do not give this guy any ammunition. Just let him know you believe it is ironic that self-proclaimed proponents of free speech will go to great lengths to attempt to quash the speech of those with whom they dont agree. You could follow by suggesting that freedom loving Americans who make up the Tea Party movement aren't going to take their crap any longer and will push back through all legal means their attempt to suppress our freedom of speech.
Nice post for a FR Oregon Newbie!
Dear PayPal Service: I believe the organization at www.crashtheteaparty.org with an email address of crashtheteaparty@gmail.com is accepting donations illegally.
The organization is not a registered non-profit in the state of Oregon where the principal named Jason Levin resides.
Therefore, it is a violation of Oregon Statutes for him to collect donations and PayPal is putting it's fine service at risk by allowing this individual to collect donations illegally.
Thank you!
There were a couple of townhall meetings at which union thugs assaulted people. There were also one or two townhalls at which conservatives were armed. There were no SEIU members doing any spitting, punching or shoving at the latter. Sooner or later we’ll either take a stand or be shoved aside and run over. Of course we could always ask for protection from the cop who was videotaped saying this was “no longer the United States!”
.
I don’t know about emailing the lefties directly.
Sounds like a bad idea to me.
Does Mr. Levin have a home address where we can stop by and say hello?
bttt
They can accept all the donations they want. What they can’t do is avoid taxes on what they collect unless they are a non profit per the IRS.
Better yet, make a $10 contribution to the Tea Party in Jason’s name and then send him an email.
See reply number 23
I used Bing maps and got a view of his home.....
As they are a political organization, they are not “non-profit”.
At least in the tax deductible, tax free sense.
Not harrassing PayPal, simply making it difficult for non-registered entities to get money for their subversive activities. All PayPal will do is suspend their account until they can provide registration info.
I believe FR is a registered business entity is it not?

FANTASTIC! Keep up the pressure on the www.crashtheteaparty.org blog page. Our traffic has cause the site to crash repeatedly. If they can’t organize, they can’t disrupt our speech!
Just like my ole grandpa used to say... there are lots of ways to skin a cat.
Hundreds of thousands of organizations, private individuals, blogs, ebay sellers, etc. have PayPal accounts. Do they all have registration info and do you seriously believe that PayPal is going to suspend their accounts?
