That looks like the event in Houston where Sarah Palin campaigned for Perry. There were pre-made signs littered about the floor and presumably the upper seats as well. I thought it a bit odd, astroturf-like, but presumably the Perry people brought them in ahead of time.
Sarah should stay far, far away from the politically toxic Rick Perry.
