There are only two possibilities. A big joke or some pimple faced idiots trying to sound tough. Either way I wouldn't sweat it.
I vote “satire”. This guys facebook friends have Republican/conservative links and the guy has posted on an Onion page. I think he is a conservative satirists who started the page to make venomous liberals who who post on it look gullible and stupid....and venomous.
