You have a limited character count for a “tweet”. Shorthand is often used to complete a point. You have a limited mental ability to assume that's "writing". Ignorance is often used in place of literacy.

It’s simple communication - that’s all. Don’t make it something it’s not. It is difficult to tweet a complex thought without abbreviations. This post would not fit in a tweet.
