The Kenyan birth is not that large an issue, legally. Under Title 8, sec 1401, he would still be a Natural Born Citizen. Remember, Natural Born does not mean Native Born.

In addition, there is the passport question. He traveled under some non-US passport (he did not have a US passport then) throughout the ME.
Of what country did he declare himself a citizen of, and loyal to, to get that passport?
He got a Fulbright Scholarship to undergraduate school. It was for foreign students only. Of what country did he say he was a citizen?
