IPS means nothing. If I was inclined to do so, I could sit 4 laptops on my desk, beside my regular PS and post on FR from all 5 at the same time and they would all be in different places and have different IPs. Of course there is always the change their proxy drops off and their real IP is exposed but unless it’s a static IP it doesn’t make much difference. My real IP is dynamic, shared with thousands of others. I checked it today and it was showing I was in Kansas. A couple of days ago it showed Miami. Last week it showed somewhere closer to home so I reset it. You can check your IP at whatismyip.com.
Yes, it is good to have a dynamic IP because of its advantages.
