This whole "it will reduce the deficit by $128 billion" (or whatever figure they're using now) is a Red Herring. Here is something like the calculation they are using:

Raise taxes in the amount of $2.128 trillion and only spend $2.000 trillion on Obamacare and use the leftover .128 trillion to reduce the normal annual borrowing from $1.628 trillion to a measly $1.500 trillion.

Only a Dem politician could brag about an abomination like this.
