Only a Politician could come up with a way to spend almost $2 Million dollars on shoveling manure. This past Monday the EPA, the Kentucky Infrastructure Authority and the Kentucky Horse Park announced a program that that will help the Horse Park manage all of the manure that piles up on its grounds.
The Kentucky Horse Park received loans through the Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) for the purchase and installation of a manure bioenergy management facility.

Our local school district is entering into a goal-setting process, led by professors at a nearby college. Don’t worry, local taxpayers, the cost of the “extensive process” will be covered by stimulus funds. Meanwhile, 55 positions are slated to be eliminated.
