Why am I the only one pointing out, for a long time, that this bill is a massive 4th Amendment violation?

As for the snooping into bank accounts, that privacy was lost with the Patriot Act.

At least the Patriot Act had a pretext of law enforcement / national security, with a viable argument for facilitating apprehension.

This bill just seizes your personal medical records outright, and allows unhindered confiscation of finances. Just no excuse for it.
