This needs to be explored a little more now that government is getting so intrusive.
Probably about all you can do is leave enough in for bills and take the rest in cash so they can’t track what you buy or where you go to spend the little you have left.
I am sure they will check what bars you go to. Whether you buy booze, cigarettes etc, then they will punish you on healthcare.
I tell ya, these people have to go and soon.
