What Biden means is that it is fair to take from YOU and give it to someone else, but you can be certain that Biden and Obama will create loopholes for rich liberals and politicians to be exempted. Everyone is equal, but Biden and Obama are more equal than others.

What you are describing is fascism, not socialism. You see under the Obama plan, the people won’t actually get anything, or own anything that is not controlled by the government, there is no real redistribution of wealth. The wealth flows from the industrialists to the government and the government apparatchiks and redistributed as services to the worthy citizenry according to their party loyalty and maybe their skin color, but party loyalty comes first.
