I filled mine in with name and ages. I tend to be more literal in my interpretation of the 14th Amendment and it's Section 2 statement that the number of electors and apportionment of Representatives shall be based on the number of 21 year old males. Since the wording of the 19th and 26th amendments changes the voting age and gender requirements, but not the specification that only whole person over the age requirement are counted, I like to include my age.
Yeah, I know, there's a huge Constitutional quagmire over whether electors and Representatives are based on the number of “whole persons” or whole persons over the age of 18... you should hear me go off on how West Virginina isn't a constitutionally valid state....
