Filling out the Census won’t make much difference ... ‘cause in the 2010 Primaries conservatives will be pushed forward.
And in the 2010 November elections - Democrats will be swept out of office... And before November 2012 a Republican controlled House of Representatives and a stymied Senate (having 46-47 Republicans) the biased nature of the current Census will be Neutered...
The 2000 census was compiled by feeding the forms through digital scanners. The potential for chicanery exists in any case but the forms are not hand processed unless there is something to keep them from being read by the scanner.

I agree. I returned ours a couple days after I got it. I know I will not have anyone living here on April 1.
I still have never received my form. I got the letter beforehand, but no census.
Iam in Northern Nevada. Generally still sane even with the Kalifornication. We will get another Congresscritter this census - bad news is it will be for Vegas and most likely a Dem. Mixed emotions about answering.

Example: Michelle's site on her hate mail she gets from these underground dwellers. I'm pretty sure it wasn't written by a paranoid conservative. And this is one of the nicer hate mail she has gotten..

Someone told me about your blog today (michellemalkin.com). I find it hard to believe that someone other than a rich white dude or an old gullible white dude would write the crap that you are. What’s wrong with you? It’s an old guy who told me about your site. He said ” There’s this stupid niXXXr biXXh going around saying we treat niXXers and women the way we used to, like niXXers and women!” He got a huge kick out of it! He thinks your man is making you serve him by writing this. He wonders aloud about the other things he may make you do. He also wonders aloud about the things he would make his “half-nigger half-chink whore” do.

I did and the author has high ideals - none of which are being followed by the Government.
I just saw endless boxes worth of forms being fed through the scanners. The info from the forms was compiled by a computer system.
BTW - to work in a Census facility required taking both a written and an oral oath to not reveal their inner workings. I don't believe I've revealed what is not public knowledge. That may look conspiratorial but it's just security.

I got a phone call late February wanting to know why they hadn’t received the form back. I said I hadn’t got one. She wanted to take info over the phone.
I said NO, I would wait until I got the form. Something very fishy.
HA...they won’t be compiling mine...I marked out all the computerized hatching....
They would just hand count that one or come to your door.

Yeah..I know....but they better not come to the door....they already have enough info on us FGS....we file with the IRS...they can get everything they need there....well...almost...except RACE. If they come to the door they’ll figure it out. I put “American Human” for race.

Just saying now, hypothetically, if "Hispanic" isn't a race, then those of us who advocate enforcing our laws regarding illegal entry into the US and the adoption of English as the official language cannot possibly be "racists". Hmmmm.
Now, in terms of possible responses, counting each full write-in block (Name, DOB) as only one possible response, there are tenty data boxes to be compiled preoccupied with "race" or 'hispanicity', and only 28 other possible responses to be compiled otherwise.
By that index, the racial/'not racial but hispanic' data comprise roughly 42 percent of the data to be compiled.
At any rate, there is still no question regarding citizenship, nor does it instruct the respondent to not count persons living there who are not citizens, but says to "Count all people, including babies, who live and sleep here most of the time."
Somewhere on the form one would think there might just have been enough room to have only American Citizens reply, otherwise some (between, depending on the estimate which is closest) 12-40 million people are going to sway the number of representatives in the House of Representatives toward regions with a higher proportion of illegal aliens or other non-citizens who cannot (legally) vote.
In a nutshell, this indicates another fundamental "Change" in the works, the admission to citizenship of swarms of people here who should not otherwise be voting according to our laws, and the effect that will have on the future representation of those of us who are Citizens in Congress.
In short, the fix is already in.
