I wonder why this man didn’t come forward long before now?

Sometimes it takes a while to reach the limit of one's tolerance.

Plus there's a lot to lose so the threshold is pretty high.

It appears that the Lt. Col. raised the question, formally to his chain of command and his Rep (Zach Wamp from TN), back in April of 2009. So he's been in search of the truth and answers for about a year now.

What is, perhaps, interesting is that this Lt. Col has been seeking these answers for a while now...without much, if any "public" knowledge. Quit unlike many of the other cases.

I wonder how many other "Lt. Col's" there are out there that have submitted formal inquires/demands for answers? And, how many other lawyers out there that are involved.
