You mean after Fred Thompson dropped out of the 2008 primary? Guilty as charged, along with plenty of other FReepers. Thompson was the only candidate I gave a damn about, and when he was gone, the choices were limited. What's even worse, after Romney was gone I supported the miserable John McCain.
If you were referring to my comments in this thread, I was describing why I believed Newsweek ran the opinion piece. That is a long way from supporting Romney. FWIW I think he would be a bad Republican candidate in 2012.
