It was a dry run by the Democrats to see how accountable the media was going to be.
What the Democrats learned - as if they needed a test to uncover this - is that any charge they make against Conservatives will be reported as fact by the media, even in the face of no tangible evidence.
This was simply a dry run before election season. Expect a couple of months of this nonsense, beginning in September and running continuously until election day.
