Yes there’s at least 13 states AGs challenging commiecare, and I think it’s more now right? 15 or more? Never can tell now a days when corrupt people like obama get away with everything with zero accountability, but hopefully it will go before the Supreme Court and be struck down as unconstitutional as violating states rights and the other things they filed because of. Assuming it goes that far. God willing the Supreme Court won’t even get to hear it because the Congress will be won by the Republicans who will immediately vote to repeal it the day after their inauguration, and on day two, begin investigations as to whether obama is even a natural born citizen or a citizen at all. I don’t know that they’ll have that kind of stamina, even IF they win the majority, and IF they repeal commie care. So many ifs and so much to lose. :(
