No wastoute I don’t get it, because that’s not how government works. Speaker of the House has less than nothing to do with the process if he wasn’t a citizen ever, she would just be on the hook after the fact, but the legislative branch has no authority to block a private citizen from filing some kind of litigation against the President regarding his citizenship. I’d be more worried about Obama’s cronies and the radical liberal socialist thugs out there that would target someone doing something. That’s why I pointed out it has to be someone with the money and power to handle that fact, but they do noting. ALL I CAN DO is be pure dee 100% fed up and pissed about it because I have no power or position to do anything about it, no kind of money it would take to do something about it. And no platform to do something about it. And those that do have those three things do nothing. Limbaugh has all three of those things, and none of the liabilities, but I don’t see him filing any kind of suit as a citizen. I only see him doing his show 5 times a week. And his show is the best conservative show ever, but it’s not going to get osamaobama in court, ever. All I can do politically is vote, which considering I’m in Texas is pissing WITH the wind at least, since where I live, the Republican candidates win 95% of the time, and volunteer for candidates whenever we possibly can, support conservative groups, etc, but there’s nothing else we can do, literally nothing. And those that can, all they do is talk. If I had several hundred million dollars in the bank, a law firm on retainer, and a platform to be listened to from, I know enough about the system to know I’d be doing more than just talking. But those people, talking is ALL they’ve done the past year and a half. All talk, no walk, and commiecare is what we have to show for it, as thanks for conservative inaction. I don’t even imagine the country will be anything like it was when I was 20, when my kids are 20. This makes me wish my 6th great-grandfather had just stayed in Austria and said he was Catholic, not protestant, so the Catholics wouldn’t run him out, cause the U.S. is quickly becoming the opposite of what it was when I was little and I don’t know if that’s more scary or disgusting. But it’s harder and harder to “ignore” on a normal daily basis and just do what you have to in life, as though things will be ok, when it’s more and more obvious, things will NOT be ok. Not if you like the Constitution and want to live under it’s authority. It’s NOT ok anymore. And there’s NOTHING to be done about it. If the Democrats hold Congress in November, the sky’s the limit as to how bad things will get. And conservatives with a voice and the position and money to back it up aren’t doing anything to really change it. Just talking.
Humal, so liberals moles are in every Judges staff in the country and no one has standing to question Obama’s citizenship? Where is that covered in legal precedent that someone can be just dismissed as not having standing when they’re wanting to see proof of the President’s citizenship? How can NO citizen have standing in the courts set up by the same Constitution that says you have to be a born citizen to be President? This is just like all the crap with john effing kerry and all his traitorous crap he did during Vietnam, all the lies and deceit, all the deliberate burying of documents, the flat refusal to answer questions, his refusal to sign one document that would make his military records open to prove his case if he was telling the truth, all that crap. Just ignored and no one got to the bottom of it, and he’s STILL Senator with no answers to any of it and no one challenges it. And he’s less than half as bad as Obama who’s a flat out socialist not even born here, yet the Constitution is violated day after day after day with evidence he’s not a citizen, which never sees the light of day in any court, and I just don’t understand why or how. It all makes the Constitution look really weak and flawed if it can be subverted and flaunted like this by extremist people manipulating the system, and that makes me really sick.
