I'm sick of the GOP myself, but better a gutless RINO infested GOP majority in Congress than what we have now with passage of commie care and a foreign born theif of the Presidency signing his name as though he were a legitimate President.
As far as I'm concerned, the United States has had 43 Presidents and is sitting on 43, waiting for the NEXT President to become the 44th. Obama isn't President, he's a despot who has assumed the office violating the highest law in the land to attain it; Article II of the Constitution. He knows he was NOT born in this counry. obama knows it. He knows he's not President, he's a lying foreign born national guilty of perjury and fraud on the largest of scales. The next person to take the oath of office will be the 44th President. Until the, we're ruled by a foreign born nobody with no respect for our Constitution or our laws, a presumptive heir to the throne without the bloodline to back it up. obama is an asterisk, not a President.

obama is not President. A President of the United States is a natural born citizen of the United States. barak hussein obama was not born in the United States. He is at best a usurper. The best title to match what he really is, would be despot or dictator. And given his clear predilection for socialism, I tend to use the title of Premier, like Stalin and the other Soviet leaders of their Polit Bureau. Premier Obama.
The Health Care Bill is not about health care and it's not a bill. It's an illegal attempt by an illegitimate foreign born national posing as President, to take over Private industry in this country with illegal government taxation and expansion violating states rights. It's commiecare. All these brain dead fools screaming for socialized medicine don't even realize they're giving away for free the liberties and freedomes they screamed about Bush violating for eight years. How ironic. The man they hates for eight years who was actually born here, violated only the rights of terrorists and terrorist supporters, and now the people who screamed for his impeachment, give the Presidency to a man who can't even be legally impeached, because to be impeached he'd have to be a legal holder of the office of President, and he's an illegitimate President, not qualified to run as he's foreign born. At best Premier obama can be recalled, because he's not legitimate enough to even be impeached. And once he and his entire "administration" is removed, all his "legislation" is null and void, just as a check signed by someone without authorization is not a valid check. Legislation signed by a foreign born national posing as a Citizen to win the Presidency by fraud and deceit, is not legislation, it's legislative fraud, and therefore invalid, which would include Commiecare, an invalid violation of the Constitution signed into law by a foreignborn illegal immigrant who committed perjury and fraud to usurp the office of President Of The United States. At least Bush was born here, put on the uniform of the Armed Forces, and didn't perjure himself when taking the oath of office.
And as for Premier Obama's "administration". No no my friends. An Administration is what a democratically elected leader who's qualified to hold the position puts into place to over see their time in office. But Obama is not a President. He's a usurper to the throne with no bloodline to back it up, if it was a monarchy. He's a despot, a dictator, a fraud, who put his hand on the BIBLE and swore to PRESERVE, PROTECT AND DEFEND the Constitution of the United States of America, which he was defrauding and violating by even taking the OATH!!! Such a person is committing a coup, not rising to the office of President under the 234 year old guidelines set forth by our founding fathers, which Obama has nothing but contempt for. Despots don't have administrations, they have regimes. And when Premier Obama is removed from the office he illegally obtained, and his regime is removed, they should be tried in court, EVERY LAST ONE OF THEM, to find who was complicit in this crime to foist a fraudulent foreign born illegal national on us, and who were the stupid dupes who didn't know better. Because the Obama Regime members are either complicit in this blatant crime against the Constitution, or they were utterly stupid fools, or both. But they are one or the other.
So Premier Obama and his regime have forced Commie care down our throats, and if the despot and his cronies aren't removed from office so a legitimate natural born citizen can be elected as President, the country will be in shambles, period. It's just this simple. We are now in an occupied country under the control of a foreign born despot who if he could get away with it outright, would declare martial law, disband the Congress, and declare the Constitution null and void. Anyone who thinks he wouldn't do that if he could outright, well. Stupid is as stupid does.

Do you have a link or citation for this? I was under the impression that no court has ordered this. I didn't think any of the suits got this far - they've been dismissed on the grounds of standing. I'd love to know that I'm wrong - where can I read about it?

Now, we shall see whether Americans revert to that complacency about this “transformation of America health care bill” which has been “shoved down our throats.” Glen Beck’s history lessons and the insights he has are, at times, almost prophetic. Just keep listening, learn all you can from all sources, take good care of your family, be a good neighbor and pray. The way history actually plays out from here could be amazing. Do not despair.
