The health legislation signed into law last week by President Obama includes a provision called the CLASS Act, which provides long-term care at home. It wasn't part of the debate, and few people know about it today but experts agree that it could well explode the federal budget deficit down the road and your personal budget before that.
The Community Living Services and Support (CLASS) Act was designed to assist people who need in-home assistance with basic daily tasks There are a few problems with the plan. First of all the Congress has written the legislation so you are automatically enrolled in the plan, and your employer will automatically take the money out of your check unless you opt-out. Additionally, the plan, as currently constructed, can't possibly pay for itself over the long run and will blow a hole in the federal budget.

Probably someone will be sent to do “home care” and then arrange the funeral. Wonder what happened when Obama went to be with his grandmother? That has always haunted me.

You aren't the only one. I found his conduct towards his grandmother and handling of her funeral arrangements peculiar. If she was dying, wouldn't she have wanted to see his daughters one last time? That did not happen--and he spent only an hour with her. He took a vacation in Hawaii without dealing with her ashes, and then came back a second time to scatter them.
So much about this man does not add up. He isn't even clever in hiding his odd actions, either.

Likely Obama was fearful of what his grandmother might say to someone. Also, she may have had documents, letters or something of a nature which would revealed secrets detrimental to his position. So home health care has some hidden meanings.

I smell a rat. Those ‘in home care’ folks are a vast pool of labor that WILL BE unionised.

Whatever is on Obama's birth certificate that he is hiding, the grandmother had to know it. The possibilities have been detailed elsewhere; all we can be sure of is that he has something to hide that would harm him politically.
I do not recall seeing any photos of the grandmother with Obama's daughters, which seems very odd. I am inclined to speculate that Obama has no actual blood relationship to the "grandmother" or "mother", which would explain his actions towards them both when they were dying.

I suppose the Class workers will help the elderly with their absentee voting forms.
