Better bring lots of warm clothes! Guess we could fit you in... there's a few thousand acres of "medicinal" (tribal herbs) gathering woods for a back yard... plenty of room for an old winnie!
The only thing I require is a love of Country and a very hard work ethic! The ice and snow is gone, having a "trainload" of good topsoil delivered for expanding the garden, and need strong backs to clear woods and blow stumps. You'd have to fight the grandkids for tractor duty!
