Sometimes its used when people dont have access to navigation tools or they dont use the stars. And what happens is they tend to get lost. Because they are frequently going from a false premise theyre already lost. And theyre under the impression that they are somewhere.
I dont know if Im articulating this correctly, dead reckoning, but if you go from a false premise which a lot of Conservatism does. And then you move on from there, youre going to continue to stack falsehood from falsehood. And a lot at sea when people get lost allot is because they use dead reckoning they are making assumptions about where they are and where theyve been.
Because they dont have navigational tools at the ready and then they keep going wrong. Does that make sense? And I feel like people like Elizabeth Hasselbeck and a lot of right-wingers, dead reckoning is the problem. The point of origin is false. Janeane Garofalo
I don't even know where to start with this...it makes no damn sense.
That is so sad.
For many, many conservatives, the point of origin is God. For many, many liberals, the point of origin is themselves. But she believes in herself more than in God. So she thinks conservatives have a false point of origin.
Sad.
I’m with you! LOL! Unfortunately people who think like her are running Congress and the White house
