Behar, Hasselbeck Take Things Backstage PopEater posted: 15 MINUTES (Oct. 23) — Sure, there’s always fireworks on ‘The View,’ and most recently, there have been a lot between hosts Joy Behar and Elisabeth Hasselbeck. The newest blowup seems to have carried over from the show to backstage.
According to a Defamer source, Behar and Hasselbeck “went at it backstage” following Wednesday’s taping. The crux of the brawl was apparently related to recent political arguments that have been made on the show. What Happened Next?
The source tells Defamer that after Hasselbeck told Behar she couldn’t plug non-’View’ appearances because they were politically motivated, Behar took aim at Hasselbeck’s John McCain t-shirt she wore on the show this week.
