A Modest Proposal
If a politician tells the same lie more than 3 times at any venue in the worls - he faces litigation by any legal entity that cares to bring it. Legal defense must be pain out of the politician's own personal funds. Offsetting funds donated in the politician's defense to be taxed at 200%.
Too much coffee, but paid / pain -that’s a toss up. However worls = world.

The FTC would never tolerate the degree of deceptive advertising that was on display in the Obama campaign. Obama wanted voters to believe 6 impossible things before breakfast and more than half of them bought it!
