I have a question... does anyone know when some of the portions will be in effect? Such as:

• Payroll tax deductions for healthcare
• Employers MUST have healthcare for ALL employees

I am asking because I have a very small business and pretty much need to know how long I can afford to stay in business or, at the ery least, start trimmng the payroll.

I’m not sure if contract employees will exempt the employer from providing health care. You might want to look into it.
