“The Constitution gives us one last resort. A Consitutional Convention.”

BINGO !!!

We have about 35 to 38 states ready to challenge this in court in there respective states legislatively. That is enough to begin and possibly succeed with a Constitutional convention and amend the feds power right out from under them. FORGET WAITING FOR THE ELECTION OR THE COURTS.

My take would be to go right for the throat and repeal or strictly limit the interstate commerce clause.

Second would be an amendment that forbids any federal involvement in ANY entity that can exist in the private sector with the sole exception of the military. This kills public schools, government motors, Fannie and freddie, The federal reserve. The list go’s on and on.

Best part is we don’t have to wait til November. We can start right now while the people are absolutely enraged with the federal government.

We need to act now to implement this solution. Spread the word!!

God no! The states would send as their delegates the same communists they send to Congress. A Constitutional convention is the LAST thing we want.

Do you really want to open up a constitutional convention with type of politicians we have today? A convention would allow the wholesale rewriting of the constitution. There would be no guarantee that it would even resemble the document written by the founders. All sorts of socialist, progressive ideas could be codified. A new bill of rights would likely include the right to housing, healthcare, education, and employment. I am alarmed by the call for a constitutional convention on FR. A convention would not strengthen the constitution, it would destroy the last vestiges of it. WAKE UP! We do not have a Madison, Jefferson, Adams or Washington among our political elite right now. All we have are a bunch of Hamiltons.

A terrible idea. A c/c would be run by Congress (the rats), ACORN and SEIU.

We would wind up with a new constitution similar to the USSR's, and no BOR.
