The 50% in the House in 2011 may be achievable...but 67 votes in the Senate to convict and remove? I don't think so.

Though, the GOP MAY have 67 votes come 2013, it won't matter as Obama will be history then.

I have no doubt this bill will be repudiated by the 2011 Congress...unfunded. This will draw a dim filibuster in the Senate...which will be when the GOP uses the dim tactic of "reconciliation" to send a bill to Obama with no funding or taxes for his "law".

Stalemate.

It will be up to the GOP to stand tough...and NOT compromise. Let all funding for all functions except defense languish...and let the American people pressure the Congress.
