If Obamacare goes down by whatever means, I expect Obama to be enraged and wage an all out war on talk radio and the Internet blogosphere. Look for the FCC to push rules that are designed to squelch talk radio with some "fairness doctrine" provisions. Similarly some type of "fairness doctrine" will be imposed on political blogs. I ould even see him trying to mute Fox News with a "fairness doctrine" on cable TV. ACORN will be ramping up to steal elections in 2010 just like they did for Al Frankin in 2008.

If Obamacare passes and these "slaughter rules"prevail court challenges, look for an end to representative government in Congress.

If this bill is passed, the most direct and effective way to oppose this bill is for a WHOLE LOT of ordinary citizens to PASS on buying insurance and DARE the Government to send them to jail for their actions.

That would create a Constitutional crisis that would hurt the Democrats far worse than any VIOLENT rebellion--because it immediately resonates with the American people's sense of "fairness"--or actually "unfairness"--because it makes a VICTIM of the ordinary citizen.

OTOH, violent acts against the Government would immediately result in making the Dems--and Obama--the "victims".

No matter how "right" we are, we have to be smart in using the same tactics the Dems have always used--and that's making an point that hits not just the mind--but the gut. And just the IDEA--not to mention the REALITY--of people being thrown into jail because they didn't buy health insurance would do just that!
