I cannot get through on the 800 numbers, I get a recording that says the numbers are “invalid”...which I know they aren’t. I can get through on my reps 202 number.
Anybody else get the invalid message from
800 965 4701 or 800 828 0498?
I got through with the 202 number, and I also called his Clark Summit office where they actually allowed me to speak my piece. Perhaps later today I'll call the Washington office again and get my statement in before I tell them my zip-code.
