How many people would be comfortable receiving their medical care from someone who is being coerced? For that matter, how many people would be comfortable receiving care from someone who was dispirited and despondent about their profession?

I think it is likely that the “plan” will require practicing doctors to accept Obamacare patients regardless of the fees paid. After all, who can refuse to accept the US government? But hey, with 30 million newly insured, coverage for all preexisting conditions and half the number of doctors, what could go wrong?
