Calif. trial lawyers spend big money to sway officials

California's trial bar lobby spent more than $21 million over the past decade to sway public policy in the direction of plaintiffs' attorneys, a state report said.

We’ll never have tort reform until conservatives face up to the fact that you have to challenge the trial bar where it lives.
