Well this is what I would expect from someone with San Francisco values. I used to go up to Berkly in the 70’s and see the artists hanging out on the streets in front of tax paying businesses selling their crafts and ‘consumables”. Now they got health care too.

So answer me what happens in this scenario: Starving artist acquires health care, and from there files claims based upon lack of inspirational challenges in their life. In other words, they can claim to be disadvantaged at their chosen profession due to writer’s block and get unemployment. SHould they get sick, they get free medical care.

Yes, we’ll be a nation of Pushkins in no time.
