Beware The Ides Of March – And Beyond
Grand Rants ^ | 03-10-10 | Gerry Ashley

Obama didn’t plan on losing the public’s support so soon. I believe he figured he had at least one term, maybe two to get his deeds done. But this past year has caused him to accelerate his agenda. And that means the sharp pain you feel attempting its way into your backside is more than just healthcare. It’s Cap and Trade. It’s Nationalization of our economy. It’s the whole enchillada, folks. Obama’s getting desperate. And when desperate tyrants don’t get their way, they get angry and vengeful. And when they get angry and vengeful, they tend to pull out all the stops.

Why this pos was elected is beyond me. Hopey changey to make you a slave to the 3o million that can not take care of themselves, are illegal, etc. NONE of us want this except those 3o million. More of this amnesty crap is not acceptable. I am sure Bambi is mad. He was so pissed at that summit and it was very evident. He has lost any charisma he ever had. And his speaking voice is now just very irritating.

Huh? If you’re referring to the morons who voted for him and now see his spots - I’d say he’s done a pretty good job of making them all look like fools. Problem is, some of the fools don’t yet realize that they’ve been duped - they’re still waiting for the golden egg to drop.

People supported Obama for stupid reasons. His support was a mile wide and an inch deep. Now it has evaporated on the first hot day.

It is gonna be a long two-and-a-half years until 2012...

Are the senators going to catch the emperor in a back hallway?

Perhaps after some more Congressmen are caught in those halls by the Chicago Praetorian Guard.

Obama didn’t plan on losing the public’s support so soon.

Dems don't seem to give a **** what the public thinks. For them Obama's agenda is paramount.

I would pray that this question is meant rhetorically. However, if it were ever to come down to that, I would equally pray we have the courage to find out.

The colonists didn’t stop to wonder, “What good will one rifle do against an army?” They went ahead and banded together until there was a cohesive group, willing to give their lives, if necessary, to win their independence and freedon.

Are we headed in that direction again? That’s a question that time will tell. But clearly we have let our public servants turn into rulers... and those rulers want complete control and power over the population. Given the chance, they will do so with the assistance of SEIU, and other Unions.

It’s do or die time. Health Care Reform will likely be the determining factor. If Congress passes it, Obama wins, America Loses. If Congress does NOT pass it, but Obama uses Executive Order to force it, he no longer is our President, he is our dictator.

While Executive Orders have been used in the past (yes, including by George Bush), NEVER in the history of the US has it been used to Grab Control of a full 1/6th of our economy.

It’s not a case of Something Wicked This Way Comes... it’s HERE. We are witness to history, either way. We MUST take back control NOW. Congress MUST Acknowledge THEY serve US and not the other way around.

In the end, if a new revolution is required, I pray it can be handled through the ballot box this November. And may your question remain rhetorical for all time.

I think a number of the Dems are beginning to understand that Obama plans to let them go down with the ship while he walks away unscathed. So far, they’ve been too naive to realize how badly he’s using them.

Bottom line? Obama is no more a Democrat than my dog. It was the most convenient vehicle available to get him to the White House. He knows he couldn’t have won running as an independt. But to run as a Democrat made sense since they are the party of Liberals. He played the Democratic party like a bad banjo.

Finally, SOME Dems are waking up and saying, “Screw this! I’m not going down in flames for some jackass that doesn’t even have loyalty to the party.

The quake is coming soon. A chasm is about to separate the country from the White House. The columns are crumbling on Obama’s “Colliseum” and there will be hell to pay when it collapses. No self-respecting Democrat should want to be on Obama’s side of the Chasm when it happens.
