Because of the mitochondrial DNA analyis human migrations were documented and by tracking backwards in time all people have a common Great Great..Grandmother who lived in the horn of Africa 100,000 years ago, (give or take a century). so we are all African -something or other!
In the 2000 census form I filled in Question 9 = HUMAN!
