That's correct. I've been alluding to this as well [1] [2]. This is the progressive's chance to get their ideology controlling this country's future. They've waited for generations to accomplish this.
IMO, aside from trying to protect and enforce the Constitution, this is a big reason why Barry's eligibility is a big deal and why more conservatives and (R)'s need to pay attention to it and actually push the issue harder.

There was Squeaky Fromme, Dohrn and Ayres praising Charles Manson and setting off bombs, (and now Ayres is disappointed in his great leader,) a supposed Communist assassinating John Kennedy, John Kerry and his VVAW planning to murder members of congress, and the list goes on. Now here lately, lefty loon attacking the IRS and lefty nutcase Bedell attacking the Pentagon with the left desperately trying to pin them both as right wing nuts which hasn’t worked.
Kos and Moveon have both gone into b!tch mode about bam and the drumbeat is getting louded by the day.

So, even citizens themselves will be subject to Federal regulations on their behavior in order to fulfill the "human right" of universal health care. It isn't the individual's liberty that is being protected by that it is the government's control over its own health care system that is being guarded. How much clearer can it be that these bills abrogate the concept of individual rights? Someone will be checking your lifestyle, according to gov regulations, to be certain you serve the best interests of the "basic human right to health care" ie. "the Public Option."

We simply cannot allow archaic, obsolescent and rather quaint notions of individualism from the 18th Century to guide public policy in the 21st.
The “rights” of the individual must be subordinate to the common welfare of the majority.
I can’t follow any other notion. When I’m dead everybody can do what they want. Until then I will be a wrench in the cogs of collectivism. I will try to infect everyone I come in contact with with an unquenchable desire for freedom, liberty and individualism. No shame, no regrets. ;-)
