I agree theres a strong case here, however Im not seeing a compelling reason to assume the Hawaiian AG would be willing to conduct either a criminal investigation or fishing expedition.
If any prosecutor in the nation was going to undertake such an investigation, it should have happened BEFORE the November, 2008 election. At this late date, prosecutors aren’t willing to take on the President of the United States unless there was some new, explosive evidence of forgery or fraud, like an authentic birth certificate from another country. Then the Obama Justice Department would be forced to appoint a Ken Starr-like Special Counsel to investigate.
Short of that or some gung ho, hard core conservative prosecutor just willing to take it on under their own initiative, its probably not going to happen. But “hope springs eternal.”
You don't understand. This would be a black eye on him (pun somewhat intended) and the state of Hawaii for Obama to be found out as a fraud. We have no evidence he or anyone else has looked at Obama's records close enough to know whether the records match what Obama has posted. Most politicians, given a choice, don't like to stir up trouble, especially with people who have more political power than they do.

It's taken this long to get enough information to start to confirm that Obama has committed fraud. Prior to the election, people just assumed he was legit. It's kind of a pointless argument since we can't go back and change anything.
