Okubo backed off what the St. Petersburg Times falsely framed her to have said in an update to the very same story, as I already posted to you here:

Okubo says she got a copy of her own birth certificate last year and it is identical to the Obama one we received.
And about the copy we e-mailed her for verification? “When we looked at that image you guys sent us, our registrar, he thought he could see pieces of the embossed image through it.”
Still, she acknowledges: “I don’t know that it’s possible for us to even say beyond a doubt what the image on the site represents.”
And still nothing that says Obama's alleged COLB if genuine.
At the time of the founding of the Constitution, you couldn't be born a citizen if your parents weren't citizens. You'd be considered an alien or maybe a denizen.
And in that thread there is a link that you provided to the Tom Fife story. Holy cow! Never saw that one. I’ve called BO the Manchurian candidate, posted that he could be a Russian plant.... never thought there was anything remotely verifiable along those lines, though. Technically African ISN’T a nationality. There’s no nation of Africa — South Africa, but not Africa.
The Ankeny decision can be easily argued as inaccurate. The judges did a disservice by making an argument in their decision when they didn’t actually hear the case.
I don’t know if it’s that so much as they believe that they can’t do anything about it. They have forgotten that government and officials answer to them.....all the time. Not just during elections.
I think that people also ask themselves “then what” as in if he’s proven to be ineleigible.....”then what?” Is it President Biden?
President Pelosi?
McCain?
New elections immediately?
