Geez, here we go again. The newspaper announcement means NOTHING. I have an announcement in Minnesota. I wasn’t born anywhere near Minnesota but it was placed there by family. You honestly think I could use that in court??? This Hawaii announcement doesn’t even have his name. It would be an announcement for Billy Bubba Obama for all anyone knows and where does it state that Billy Bubba or Sam or Joe or who ever this un-named child was born? It doesn’t. Plain and simple - IT DOES NOT.

Both Hawaii newspapers have confirmed that they did not take birth announcements from relatives or friends, they got them directly from the Hawaii Bureau of Health Statistics.
For example, if you look at the Obama announcement in the “Honolulu Advertiser” for Sunday, August 13, 1961, it is under the heading “Health Bureau Statistics.”

Anybody could get a Hawaiian COLB. Proof of that has been posted ad nauseum. With links. That would generate an announcement. It does NOT mean he was born in Hawaii.

It’s pretty limited evidence since it doesn’t say where the baby was born.
