Boy, I bet a lot of dead Democrats feel stupid that they were all too stupid to "figger out" that "fact" when Republican Chester Arthur, born to an American Mother, and a father who was a British Subject (Irish), was President.

Chester Arthur was born in 1829. There was no dual citizenship at that time in America. His father had not yet become a citizen. So Arthur was a British subject.

At least his father became a U.S. citizen 38 years before Chester Arthur became President.
