You know I had an opportunity to buy their stock again at a low and I knew it was going to go up, but I just couldn’t bring myself to do so. The money just wasn’t worth being in part responsible for their swill.
As soon as comcast takes over they will dump his butt. Not because they disagree, but because he doesn’t make a profit. Comcast does not like to lose money.
What’s the problem? Give him some pain pills and let him go home and die. How much is he costing us per day?
“I still predict that Keith comes into NBC News with guns-a-blazing the day after he is fired.”
After which the main stream media will report that Keith was a closet tea-bagger.
Ford sold to Hitler. So did VW.
Olberman doesn’t get it. We have gone and are going through similar end of life issues with parents...and those decision making talks are necessary. But the decisions are yours and your loved ones. Under Obamacare, the decisions fall to the gov’t...that’s when they quit being “life panels” and start being “death panels.”
I just think it’s so funny how Olberloser takes himself so seriously that he regularly holds these “Special Comment” broadcasts to hold forth in his usual convuluted, hateful, demonizing and dishonest manner. Cracks me up the guy’s self-importance is so all consuming he thinks people are just glued to their television sets to here his ramble fests. And I have no idea what this special comment about his father is about—but I’m sure it’s some point about healthcare and government not just providing it to everyone. I guess Keith wouldn’t want to use his own resources to help his father.
Yes, but she uses the same tactic: parse a Conservatives words for some tiny little inconsistency, or search for his one contrary action years in the past, in order to dimiss his or her argument entirely. It makes me nauseous.
His ramblings about his father are an emotional appeal stemming from a deep-seeded need to be loved.
The only thing that will happen is that he'll get taller...
Just controlling interest. GE still owns around 49%.
Those who willingly watch OldJerkMann are doing serious damage to themselves.
“Is Keith Olbermann in Trouble? Ratings Down 44%
Ratings for Olbermann’s Countdown have been soft recently, and the 8 p.m. shows on CNN and HLN have narrowed the gap. In the important demographic of adults 25 to 54 — the group advertisers are looking to reach — Countdown was down 44% year-over-year in January. It averaged 268,000 viewers in that demo, only 3,000 more than Nancy Grace's show on HLN, and 12,000 more than CNN’s Campbell Brown. Fox News's O’Reilly Factor dominated the hour with 964,000 viewers age 25 to 54, and was the only cable news show in the time period to increase its audience, by 55%.”

Meanwhile, Fox continues to kill them in the ratings war. 10 year cable TV ratings chart:
The charts track each network's Nielsen primetime ratings average for each of the last 10 years, from Dec. 27, 1999 - Dec. 23, 2009.
If you study the chart, it's not so much that the viewership for CNN and MSNBCV have decreased over the past 10 years, it's that Fox has found a new, previously unserved audience. there is always plenty of money to be made by any businessman, who figures out how to tap into an unserved market. It's no surprise Fox News is making more money than MSNBC, CNN, NBC, CBS and ABC news combined.
unless he doens’t sallow it all the way and ends up with just a really stiff neck.
He does have this corps of diehard fans...probably all voted for Obama and are waiting for their free money.
Personally, I don’t care about Countdown. Don’t have to watch it. But when my Steelers are playing Sunday night football, I don’t like having to look at and hear this self-appointed sports expert. Makes me gag.
OOPS
sallow = swallow
I really think Olbemann has flipped his wig. Didn’t mean to make fun of his toupee, just an expression for someone going off the deep end.
What the heck is HLN???
Hitler started VW.
