Calm down. I didn’t call you a Paulbot, nor imply it. I replied to your comment to let you know there are people here who agree on absolutely NOTHING with Ron Paul. I spoke directly to your generalization.
As for your last comment, “Paulbots don’t support Palin,” my response is that she endorsed his son Rand Paul and she is on record saying that Ron Paul is “cool.” I didn’t make this up and it appears to me there is room for agreement between the two until one repudiates the other.
That is just plain stupid. My response wasn’t close to a seminar caller or poster.
I did not say that Paul was 100% correct in fact I said that I was in between the two extremes on foreign policy. The fact that I pointed out the stupidity of fighting a war without protecting your borders should actually give you a clue that I am not a seminar caller. How many Ron Paul supporters point that out? They ussually focus on foreign policy. I see foreign policy as secondary to border and immigration policy with regards to the war on terror.
It is totally stupid to support an expensive endless war without first protecting the U.S. Instead of border security and policing who enters the country we are left with an emerging police state. We’re supposed to be degraded to travel on a plane while at the same time terrorists just enter the country through open borders?
So I guess we should have allowed NAZI’s to immigrate into the U.S. during world war II?
The area that I said Paul was 100% correct on was economics. You can see a montage of youtube video of his economic advisor Peter Schifff getting laughed at on financial programs and rudely insulted but he was 100% correct in his predictions.
Ron Paul is a dangerous loon who has managed to convince college dopers that his insanity is really God-inspired genius.
