For one thing, his political ally is the dictator in Kenya and has closed down access to information.
Before that happened, an individual investigator bribed issue of a records certificate. That certificate is attached to an affidavit describing its provenance and was either offered or filed as evidence in the California court proceeding.
A second certificate, actually produced a few days earlier, was obtained from a course of search for records in connection with the divorce of Obama's mother--in connection with a divorce with minor children, court's require a birth certificate to prove the parentage before it issues a custody order.
Promptly after copies of each of these certificates were made available on line, the copies were photoshopped, changing type faces, numbers, or other unessential data but leaving the substance of the certificates. The Obama Forces then put out a party line to the effect that these certificates were also obvious fakes.
Well of course the photoshopped versions had been altered but the originals still exist.
Proof that he was born in Kenya does not resolve the legal issues. He has admitted he was born in Kenya. There is a vast amount of collateral evidence where he was born-there isn't any doubt or room for doubt. There is no evidence of any nature that he was born in Hawaii.
The problem is that a correct legal proceeding is required to address the issue--so far, the resources have not been accumulated to initiate one.
