I find your comment incredibly crass. The innocent children did not deserve this and the parents’ condition was probably induced by a perverse environment and not in the least heritable. I don't care what the parents do to themselves, after they've made provision for their kids. I suspect that the parents actually hated life and hated humanity, so this just gave them an opportunity to express on their hatreds.
