There are some round-nosed lead bullet molds available in .224, and Corbin has some swage dies for round nosed pills in .224.
I’ll admit they’re hardly common (and they’d make an already low BC even lower), but if you really, really want a round nosed .224 pill, you can get or make one.
May as well be shooting a .22LR at that point. Save yourself the powder...
