Has anyone noticed or is it just me... has he gotten even more of an upturned note at the end of his sentences and he has that pause after a couple words?
I can’t stand to listen to him. That turns many people off.

That is a feminine trait. Males usually end sentences on a lower note. IIRC, it's because babies respond to the upturn note from their mothers.
