Are Climate Change Moonbats Combining Their Efforts With "Save The Whales"

If you listen to the to the global warming people, everything causes global warming from driving your car to running a dishwasher But with the rash of disclosures disproving their alarmist predictions hurting their credibility, the global warming moonbats may need some help from some of the other moonbats so they have enlisted help from the "Save the Whales" people (at least that's what it looks like).

According to a new report, scientists are saying that killing whales causes global warming. That's right, the whaling industry is contributing to the heating of the atmosphere which, according the global warming people,is making the outside of my house look like the north pole.

To be fair, they say everything is caused by global warming, and everything is proof of global warming.

The animal rights whack jobs and the global warmists have been teaming up for years. For years, they've been trying to shut down the cattle industry, based on spurious claims about the amount of water it takes to produce beef. Later, that morphed into cows causing global warming due to methane produced by their flatulence.

The fact is that all decaying plants produce methane, whether you run them through a cow or not. Just as all plants and animals contain carbon which could be emitted into the atmosphere when they die, whether they're harpooned or not.

Carbon is the 4th most plentiful substance on Earth. It is not pollution. It is the basis of all life on the planet. Pollution needs to be defined as something which is actually harmful. Radioactive waste is harmful pollution, and it needs to be disposed of very carefully. Whales are not pollution at all. If a whale is harvested, every bit of the creature will be used to make some commercial product. If it dies in the wild, its body is consumed in the great big circle of life.

... but ... what about the impact of reduced whale methane emissions?

Another reason this whole issue is ridiculous: where did the whales get the carbon in the first place? They got it by eating microscopic plants. What were the plants doing? They were converting carbon dioxide and water into oxygen and sugar. In other words, the whale killed trillions upon trillions of organisms which were eating carbon dioxide.

If the "logic" of the "whaling causes global warming" is to be followed, then what we really need to do is kill all of the whales, as soon as possible, so that they don't interfere with the important process of reducing atmospheric carbon dioxide.
