You are being deliberately misleading. Hawaii has never said that DailyKos.org jpg image purported to be Obama’s COLB as genuine. They refuse to comment on that pixel image to whether it is real or accurate.

I am talking about Hawaii’s confirmation of the validity of the ORIGINAL birth records that the Department of Health holds for Barack Hussein Obama II.
If any prosecuting attorney (District Attorney or state Attorney General) in the nation wants to initiate a forgery or fraud Grand Jury investigation into the images of Obama’s COLB that appeared on the Daily Kos site or on Obama own “fight the smears” site, I would be 100% supportive of subpoenaing the original documents and comparing them to the photoshopped copies under oath by experts.
