Disbarment is always public. There would be a public report of the charges and the findings. The bar website would say "disbarred," not "inactive."

False rumors spread by clueless people don't require refutation. Disbarment is a matter of public record for which documentation available to the public exists if it has occurred. No one has ever produced such documentation for Michelle Obama. Reasonable people therefore understand that it is a false accusation.

But that's the birther way. Just make stuff up and insist someone prove it couldn't be true. FYI, elementary logic discusses the fallacy of requests to “prove the negative.”
