24 Why did Barack Obama resign from the Illinois bar and where are all of the relevant documents?
25 Why did Michelle Obama resign from the Illinois bar after only about four years of practice and where are all of the relevant documents? So far as I know they didn't "resign" from the bar. They're inactive.
That means they aren't paying dues, and that makes sense, since they're not practicing law.

Note the term used for BO's/BS's father's race is "African". The problem for BO/BS is that the Department of Health,Education and Welfare used the term "Negro", not "African at the time BO/BS was born. Someone who could not stand the politically incorrect termed changed it to fit their ideology. Possibly.
But birth certificates filled out for the parents' or child's benefit are different from official statistics submitted to higher health authorities.
Those official statistics would presumably have characterized Barack Sr. as Negro, but the birth certificate might just reflect the information the mother supplied.
In Hawaii where there were so many racial groups and classifications there was even more leeway about what a birth certificate might say than in the segregated states on the mainland.
So the fact that a document gives the father's race as "African" doesn't in itself make the document fraudulent.

It has been said, and not refuted AFAIK, that MO was disbarred. Disbarment is always public. There would be a public report of the charges and the findings. The bar website would say "disbarred," not "inactive."

State senate records are usually public too aren’t they? What happened to those?

“Source please. It has been said, and not refuted AFAIK, that MO was disbarred.”
False rumors spread by clueless people don't require refutation. Disbarment is a matter of public record for which documentation available to the public exists if it has occurred. No one has ever produced such documentation for Michelle Obama. Reasonable people therefore understand that it is a false accusation.
But that's the birther way. Just make stuff up and insist someone prove it couldn't be true. FYI, elementary logic discusses the fallacy of requests to “prove the negative.”

All the racial groups were covered in the 1961 Vital Statistics manual. Any group not specifically listed was classified as "non white". The manual was a mandate for all states to follow just as are present federal regulations. That fact alone does make it a forgery but there are several other irregularities of a technical nature. They include:
· Missing second-fold line while first fold-line is shown
· Missing the embossed Seal of Hawaii
· Missing the State Registrars signature
· Unusual and unnatural pixilation between the letters of text data
· Original text was removed by pasting a layer of background over them
· Different text was typed onto a text layer and merged with background layer
· Pixel blocks of text data are different from the data headers
· Heavy and unnecessary sharpening of the whole image, except for the border
· Border was created as a separate layer and merged with other layers
· Border pattern is more blurred than the background
· Border pattern more transparent than those on genuine scans
· Top and bottom black border bars have less pixilation than text
· Border bars are more black in color than any of the text
· Absence of green, background pixels inside the border bar text · White lines between border bars and pattern (both sides)
· Image colors are very different from scan images of real COLBs
· Lack of pixilation in black rectangle covering certificate number
· Different blocking artifacts from JPG compression found across the image

Repeating the facts only seems as tired stuff to those who ignore the Constitution.

So why has no one ever produced the relevant documents regarding BO and MO’s membership in the IL bar association and their subsequent non-association? Everyone is telling me they are public records but no one can produce them.

They’ve been on the Internet. You can access them yourself if you know how and where to inquire. Again, just make stuff up, don’t have the slightest clue what you’re talking about, and then insist your opinion on the subject is not only deserving of respect, but requires people who do know what they’re talking about to cater to you.
Why don’t you try that approach at your next job interview?

Lots of states don't even require their senators to maintain records.

By now the three of you are aware that 40 out of 90 representatives in the Arizona legislature have sponsored a bill that would require candidates to prove that they are conseitutionally eligible candidate. Likely many of these representatives are lawyers. All are responsible leaders in the communities, and many have excelled in business and their professions.
So?...These people are not flakes or nutz or fringers. They are evidently concerned enough to propose legislation that would prevent a usurper from gaining access to a government representative position.
Obama’s eligibility is like one of those helium inflated gorillas floating over a used car lot. Every day more helium is added and the gorilla grows bigger. There is NO possible way that this is going away.

Lots of states don't even require their senators to maintain records. Illinois does and yet records during Barry's tenure are missing.
